摘要
为肿瘤病人建立良好的静脉通路 ,采用一种新型的途径行中心静脉置管术 ,由外周导入中心静脉(PIC)。对 89例病人进行置管成功率为 85 % ,局部感染 4例。采用PIC置管可保护患者上肢血管网 ,减少反复穿刺给病人带来的痛苦 ,减轻化疗药物对周围血管的破坏。本法方便、安全。
To build up an unobstructed venous channel for chemotherapy in patients with tumor,peripherally inserted central catheter (PIC) were performed in 89 tunoro cases.Seventy-six (76/89) were successful and 4 local infection.If was conclueded that the PIC could protect the peripheral vessels,alleviate patients' suffering from repeated punctures and keep the peripheral vessels from the damage due to chemotherapeutic agents.PIC is a simple as well as safe technology.
