摘要
采用 X 射线粉末衍射和 Rietveld 全谱拟合分析, 较详细地研究了 Zr ( M n1 - x Nix )2 (x = 040~075) 三元 Laves 相贮氢合金中形成 Zr Ni相的类型及其晶体结构。实验结果表明: Zr M n Ni合金中出现的 Zr Ni相包括 Zr Ni、 Zr9 Ni1 1 和 Zr7 Ni10 3 类, Zr Ni相的类型与合金中的 Ni含量有关。其中, Zr Ni相在 x = 040~050 范围内出现, Zr9 Ni1 1 和 Zr7 Ni10 相则分别在 x= 045~060 和 x= 060~075 范围内出现, Zr Ni相总量随合金中 Ni含量的增加而增加。
Abstract The types and crystal structures of the ZrNi phases occurred in the Zr(Mn 1-x Nix)2 (x=040~075) Laves phase hydrogen storage alloys have been investigated systematically by means of Xray powder diffraction and Rietveld refinement. The results show that the ZrNi phases occurring in the ZrMnNi alloys are ZrNi, Zr9Ni 11 and Zr7Ni 10 depending on the Ni contents in alloys. The phase ZrNi occurs for x=040~050, while Zr9Ni 11 and Zr7Ni 10 phases occur for x=045~065 and x=060~075, respectively. The total fraction of the ZrNi phases occurred in alloys tends to increase with increasing Ni content in alloys.
