家庭急救监护网络系统终端的研究与设计

摘要 目的:在分析远程监护的发展与研究现状基础上,提出构建家庭急救监护网络系统的研究。方法:该系统由家庭部分、救护车部分、社区部分和医院中心站四部分组成,并以深圳宝安人民医院和其所辖的十个社康站作为研究基地,对患者的重要生理参数实行远程监护。结果:将家庭、社区、院前、院内急救与危重症监护有机地结合在一起,构成功能强大的家庭急救监护网络系统,将在医院才能实现的急救监护功能延伸到社区和家庭。结论:该系统的研究能够促进疾病的早诊早治,减少院前猝死率,提高急救水平,降低疾病死亡率,提高老年人或残疾人的生活质量,加强医疗服务体系间的联系、合作,缓解医疗卫生资源的缺乏和分布不均。 Objective: Learned the development and study status of telemonitoring, put forward a research on establishing a home first-aid monitoring network system. Methods: The system is made up of home, ambulances, community health services centers and hospitals four parts, and made the People's Hospital of Bao'an in Shenzhen and its 10 community health services centers as the bases of the research, to telemonitor the important physiological parameters of patients. Results: Home, community health services centers, pre-hospital and in-hospital emergency care and critical care are combined organically to construct powerful home first-aid monitoring network system, the in-hospital emergency care and monitoring functions can be extended to the family and community. Conclusions: The study of the system can promote the early diagnosis and therapy of diseases, reduce the sudden death rate of pre-hospital, improve the level of first aid, reduce mortality of diseases, improve the quality of lives of elders and persons with disabilities, strengthen the communication and cooperation of medical service systems, and alleviate the lack and uneven distribution of medical and health resources.
