摘要
目的:观察糖尿病大鼠肾脏血管内皮生长因子(vascularendothelialgrowthfactor,VEGF)蛋白表达的变化及丝胶的保护作用。方法:48只雄性SD大鼠随机分为4组(每组12只):正常对照组、糖尿病模型组、丝胶治疗组和丝胶预防组。分别采用免疫组化染色和WesternBlotting法观察肾脏VEGF蛋白的表达。结果:与正常对照组大鼠相比,模型组大鼠肾脏VEGF蛋白的表达明显升高(P<0.01);丝胶治疗组、丝胶预防组大鼠肾脏VEGF蛋白的表达明显低于模型组(P<0.01)。结论:丝胶可通过下调肾脏VEGF蛋白的表达发挥对糖尿病大鼠肾脏损伤的保护和预防保护作用。
Objective：To observe the changes of vascular endothelial growth factor（VEGF） in kidney of diabetes mellitus（DM） rats and protective effects of sericine.Methods：48 male SD rats were randomly divided into 4 groups（n=12）：normal control group,DM model group,sericine treatment group and sericine prevention group.Immunohistochemical staining and Western Blotting were respectively used to observe the expression of VEGF protein in kidney.Results：Compared with normal control rats,the VEGF expression in kidney of rats in model group increased obviously（P0.01）.VEGF expression in kidney of rats in sericine treatment group and sericine prevention group were significantly lower than that of model group（P0.01）.Conclusions：Sericine has protective and preventive effects on kidney injury of DM rats by down regulating VEGF expression.
