摘要
将系统辨识方法正确地应用于实际工况下齿轮传动动态性能的研究,通过研究齿轮箱中直齿圆柱齿轮传动周向振动和噪声之间的关系,建立了系统辨识差分方程模型。此模型能够比较准确地描述齿轮传动系统的动态特性,为齿轮传动系统的修形、减振、降噪和优化设计提供了一种新的建模方法,有利于将齿轮传动动态性能的研究成果在实践中推广应用。
In the paper,the system identification technique is rightly used in gear transmission system’s dynamic performance reaearch in practical working condition.By means of the reaearch of the relationship between the spur gear transmission system’s rotational vibration and nose,the difference equation model is developed by system identification.This model can be correctly used to discribe the gear transmission system’s dynamic performance.A nwe modeling method in gear profil modification reduction of vibration and dynamic optimum design,the conclusion can be used in practical application easily.
