摘要
为解决基层敏捷制造问题,提出“寻位—加工”理论和基于该理论的智能化寻位加工技术;研究智能寻位加工系统的体系结构,给出系统关键环节的实现方案。该技术与系统的应用可有效提高生产过程的切换速度,为增强制造企业对市场动态变化的快速响应能力打下底层基础。
To solve the agile manufacturing preblem under shop level a new theory of searching machining and the related intelligent searching machining technology are presented. The architecture of the intelligent searching machining system is studied and the implementing schems of the key components in the system are given. The application of this new technology and system can effectively raise the switching speed of the production processes from one to another. So it lays a foundation for enhancing the rapid response ability of the manufacturing enterprises to the dynamic change of market.
