摘要
探讨冠心病监护病房实施护理风险管理的效果。方法：2009年7月～2010年6月我院冠心病监护病房收治的患者120例,对所有患者实施护理风险管理,采用风险事件发生率和患者住院满意度指标评价护理风险管理效果。结果：护理风险事件发生率中仪器故障3例（2.50%）,非计划拔管3例（2.50%）,药物外渗1例（0.83%）,沟通障碍4例（3.33%）,意外事件2例（1.67%）。患者住院总体满意率为97.8%。结论：护理风险管理能够有效减少冠心病监护病房护理风险事件的发生率,提高临床护理质量,增进患者住院满意度和舒适度。
Objective：To explore the mode of nursing risk management in coronary artery disease intensive care unit（CCU） and evaluate the effect of this application.Methods：120 inpatients with heart disease in CCU were involved in this study from July 2009 to June 2010.The nursing risk management was implemented in these patients during their inpatient.A observation was conducted in these patients on occurrences of nursing risk events and satisfactions degree.Results：The incidence rates of nursing risk events were machine failure（2.5 percent）,accident（1.67 percent）,communication problem（3.33 percent）,drug leakage（0.83 percent）and unpredictable extubation（2.5 percent）in patients were significantly lower and satisfaction degree of nursing work was 97.8%.Conclusion：Nursing risk management in CCU significantly decreases the nursing defects and increase the satisfaction degree and the quality of nursing services,which can be popularized clinically.
