摘要
警务社会化是警务发展的过程,而非历史的倒退。我国很早就提出了实行警务社会化,提出此理念有其现实的必要性。现阶段我国的警务改革面临警力不足、无法满足公众安全需求等困难和问题,一个一元化的警务体系不再能够满足正变得日益多样化和多元化的社会体系的需求,而警务社会化的发展以及新警务方式的出现则是解决现存问题的主要途径。将社会治安力量整合起来,充分利用所有的不同形式的警务力量和警务资源,可以构建和谐的社会治安防控体系。
Police socialization is the process of policing development,rather than the history of regression.China has made a practice of police socialization for a long time,and has its practical necessity to put forward this idea.Police reform in China is facing the deficiency of staff to meet the needs of public safety and other difficulties and problems.Therefore,a unified system is no longer able to meet the demand in the diverse and pluralistic society,and the development of police socialization and the emergence of a new way of policing are the main way to solve the existing problems.We could build a harmonious social order,prevention and control system via integrating the social security forces,and taking full advantage of all the different forms of police forces and police resources,.
