摘要
通过从教育、制度、监督、惩处和加强高校纪检监察部门自身建设等方面,阐述了在效能建设中高校纪检监察部门应发挥的作用。
A presentation is made of the roles played by the discipline inspection and supervision departments in institutions of higher learning in the efficiency construction from the aspects of education,system,supervision,punishment and discipline inspection.
