摘要
通过对医疗服务疗程的研究并优化,搭建一个统一高效,互联互通,使用共享的区域协调医疗信息服务平台。该平台在基础网络和安全体系的支撑下,基于一个统一的数据中心,为患者、医院和管理机构提供基础服务和应用服务平台,实现优质医疗卫生资源合理分配与有效数据整合,以及分级协同医疗服务。
Through research and optimization of the medical treatment, a stogie umteu, effcient, interconnected and mutually shared regional coordination of medical information service platform was built. The platform under the supported base network and security system, based on a unified data center for patients, hospital and regulatory agencies provide basic services, medical management, rational allocation of health resources, effective data integration, and graded cooperative medical services were all carried out.
