摘要
通过对钢厂转炉汽化冷却系统的现场数据采集,研究了管径、换热面积对烟气回收热量的影响,对其改造前后节能效果进行了数据分析。研究结果表明:在整个换热过程中,以辐射换热为主,增加管径对总体换热的影响较大;要实现烟气余热的高效回收,可采取改变现有工艺或增加额外的换热装置的方法。研究结果为更有效地回收钢铁流程中的二次能源提供数据支持。
Evaporative cooling of steel through the BOF-site data collection system was study to the changes in diameter,the heat transfer area of heat recovery of flue gas before and after the energy saving effect and the transformation of data analysis.The results indicate that in the heat transfer process,mainly by radiation heat transfer;increase the diameter of the great impact the overall heat transfer;to achieve a complete waste heat recovery,change the current process,additional heat exchangers is required,and it is effective.The result is more efficient in recycling iron and steel process to provide data to support secondary energy.
