摘要
独立学院作为一种新兴办学实体,同样肩负着党员发展和培养的重要职责。当前很多独立学院对学生预备党员的管理与教育工作存在重视不够、措施不力等问题,加强当前学生预备党员的教育与管理成为独立学院党建工作的一项重要和紧迫的工作。独立学院必须重视党建工作,加强组织建设,制定预备党员管理与教育规范,实行预备党员管理与教育工作考评机制。
Although independent colleges are new recruits for running schools,it＇s also their responsibilities to develop students probationary Party members of the CPC.Many independent colleges haven＇t paid enough attention to manage and educate students probationary Party members of the CPC.It＇s urgent and important to strengthen managing and educating students probationary Party members of the CPC.It＇s also one part of developing the Party.Independent colleges must attach importance to Party building,strengthen party organization construction,make rules of managing and educating probationary Party members of the CPC and carry out evaluation system on managing and educating probationary Party members of the CPC.
