无刷交流电励磁磁通切换电机电磁性能研究 被引量:7

摘要 开关磁阻电机具有转子结构简单坚固、无励磁源的优点,为实现其全周期工作方式和定子磁链的双极性变化,提出一种电励磁磁通切换电机拓扑,通过在定子齿开槽,嵌入励磁绕组,实现电机的全周期工作能力。介绍电机的工作原理、磁通切换方式和基本参数尺寸设计,重点与分裂绕组开关磁阻电机(全周期工作)的电磁性能进行对比研究。有限元仿真结果和样机实验结果表明:磁通切换电机具有双极性磁链、高正弦度反电势、适合运行无刷交流场合,两种电机总铜耗相等时,前者具有更高的转矩(功率)密度。 In this paper,an electrical excitation flux-switching(EEFS) machine is proposed,which can not only maintain advantages of switched reluctance machine(SRM) such as solid rotor and no excitation source in rotor but also realize full period operation by setting excitation winding into slot of stator tooth.The operation principle,flux switching mode,design dimensions were introduced and predicted by finite-element analyses.Furthermore,experiments were also carried out.The finite-element analyses and experiment results verify that the proposed machine has bipolar flux and good sinusoidal back-electromotive force(EMF),thus it is suitable for brushless AC(BLAC) operation.Moreover,while producing same copper loss,the proposed machine has higher torque(power) density than that of split-coil switched reluctance machine(SCSRM).
