Ideological and political work is our Party＇s tradition and political advantage,and learning is the Party＇s treasure experience and life.To combine ideological and political work into the building of learning-oriented Party organizations and make them be supplementary to each other,which not only benefit the building of learning-oriented Party organization but also further show the special value and carrier functions of ideological and political work.
