摘要
船舶常数是船舶载货量水尺计量中一个非常重要的参数.在分析影响船舶常数测定因素的基础上,提出提高船舶常数测定精度的方法,对于精确计算船舶载货量具有重要意义.
Ship＇s constant takes an important place in measuring the goods＇ weight on the basis of ship＇s drafts.The paper proposed the method for improving the accuracy of ship＇s constant measurement based on analyzing the factors which affected the ship＇s constant value measurement.The paper has important significance for calculating accurately the weight of goods on board.
