摘要
为获得现势性强、精度高、数字化的大比例尺基础图件,利用车载移动测量系统先获取点云数据,然后提取特征点坐标,通过坐标转换得到当地坐标系下的平面坐标,再附加地物地貌信息,修编成大比例尺地图,为新农村建设规划提供了重要的地理信息资料,满足了村镇规划对最新基础图件的需求.
In order to obtain strong reality, high accuracy, digital large scale rural maps, it can be accom- plished the fast longe scale mapping by abstralting charncter data through the vehicle - borne mobile system, it can be accomplished the fast large scale mapping by abstracting character data, the vehicle - borne mobile system it would provide a totally new technology for fast large scale mapping and can meet the basic rural plan mapping requirements of the rural scheme.
