阐述了资产全寿命周期管理概念、全寿命周期成本管理概念及其构成,以及电力企业开展资产全寿命管理的意义和目标。分析了电力企业全寿命周期成本管理存在的问题,提出了解决方案,并预测了这些应对措施在电力企业资产全寿命周期管理方面发挥的效用。
This paper expounds the concept and structure of asset life-cycle management and life-cycle cost management and the significance and target of asset life-cycle mangement,analyzes problems existing in life-cycle cost management,proposes solutions and predicts the effectiveness of these measures in asset life-cycle management for electric power enterprises.
