摘要
目的:通过分析脑外伤后CT阴性病人的动态脑电图(AEEG),以了解脑机能情况。方法:选择227例CT阴性的并在伤后一周内作AEEG监测的脑外伤病人,观察其外伤后的脑机能有无异常。结果:227例AEEG正常121例(53.30%),异常106例(46.70%);106例AEEG异常者无一例异常波持续出现,故昼夜监测病人EEG可提高脑外伤后的阳性检出率;慢波易在清醒闭目状态中出现,尖棘波仅出现在睡眠状态,本文病例在nREMⅠ~Ⅱ发现;有原发昏迷史的脑外伤病人脑机能障碍的可能性更大。结论:脑外伤后CT扫描查不能代替脑电图检查。
To study posttraumatic function of the brain by analyzing 24h ambulatory EEG(AEEG) is of 227 head injurypatients with normal CT scans.Methods.227 patients who sustained headinjuryand showed no abnormalities in their CT scans were selectedand examined with AEEG within one week of trauma.Results:Among 227cases examined with AEEG, 121 cases(53.30%) showed normal AEEGs,while the other 106cases(46.70%) demonstrated abnormalAEEGs. Continuous abnormal brain waves were not found in any of the106patients with abnormal AEEGs, which suggests the importance of 24-hour AEEG. The slow waves appearedfreqeuntly in the waking and closed-eyestate, while some sharp and spik ewaves appeared only in the sleepingstate.The patients who experienced primary Nanningcannltreplace AEEG examination in patients with headinjury.
