摘要
目的探讨发热门诊的消毒隔离方法。方法选择2009年3-10月医院发热门诊收治的发热患者9687例,以及在这段时期内,出诊的医护人员共有918人,采用有效的消毒隔离方法,统计分析医护人员的医院感染率以及就诊前后患者消毒隔离意识掌握情况。结果在调查期间,发热门诊接诊患者9687例次,出诊的医护人员918人,结果无一名医护人员感染或有发热相似症状的发生,有效地控制了医患之间疾病的传播;与患者就诊前相比,对"医院内没有传染病"和"医院内通过消毒已经没有传染源"持肯定态度的患者人数明显降低,仅为8.28%和15.47%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);而对"医院感染与医疗垃圾有关"、"医院感染与患者生活垃圾有关"以及"医院能够妥善处理有传染性垃圾"持肯定态度的患者人数明显增加,分别为73.42%、66.78%和78.54%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在发热门诊采取有效的消毒隔离方法,保障了医护人员的健康,减低了患病危险,还能够提高患者的消毒隔离意识,从而有效地控制疾病的传播。
OBJECTIVE To probe into the disinfection and isolation methods for fever clinic.METHODS A total of 9687 cases of fever admitted to hospital fever clinics from Mar to Oct 2009 were selected,and during this period,a total of 918 visits to health care visits,the use of effective disinfection and isolation methods,statistical analysis of health care workers before and after treatment in patients with nosocomial infection and awareness of disinfection and isolation were comparated.RESULTS During the investigation,patients with fever out-patient admissions were 9687 passengers,918 passengers a total of visits to health care workers,the result was not a staff infection or similar symptoms of fever occurred,between doctors and patients to effectively control the spread of the disease.Compared with patients before treatment,the ＂absence of infectious disease hospital＂ and ＂the hospital had no source of infection by disinfection＂ affirming the number of patients decreased significantly（8.28% and 15.47% respcetivety）,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.While the ＂hospital infections and medical waste on ＂,＂hospital infection for patients with garbage ＂ and ＂ were able to properly handle the infectious hospital waste＂ affirming significant increase in the number of patients,there were 73.42%,66.78% and 78.54%,respectively,the difference was also statistically significant（P〈0.05）.CONCLUSION In the fever clinic,the effective method of disinfection and isolation can not only protect the health of staff,reduce the risk of disease,but also increase the awareness of disinfection and isolation of patients and effectively control the spread of disease.
