microRNA-145在肿瘤中的作用 被引量:4

摘要 microRNA(miRNAs)是一类非编码蛋白质的单链小RNA,由内源基因编码,主要功能是负性调节靶基因的表达。目前发现microRNA多定位于肿瘤相关的脆性位点,与肿瘤的发生密切相关。miR-145是近年来新发现的一类具有肿瘤抑制作用的microR-NA,可以靶向多个肿瘤相关基因,参与肿瘤生长、转移侵袭和肿瘤血管生成。并且,miR-145可以调控细胞重新编程基因OCT4、SOX2、KLF4和C-MYC的表达,由于这些基因也具有癌基因的特性,因此miR-145在肿瘤干细胞中的作用也受到关注。本文就miR-145在肿瘤中的这些作用进行综述。
