摘要
消失模铸件中因涂料散落而造成夹杂类缺陷比较普遍。分析了夹杂缺陷在消失模铸造生产中的形成过程及其相应的条件,提出了克服此类缺陷的途径和建议。
The inclusion defect is formed easily in casting,especially the castings in the foundries just beginning now to use lost form casting（LFC）.The inclusion formation process and conditions in casting were analyzed.The approaches and suggestions of reducing the inclusion in casting were given.
