摘要
针对粉末冶金真空烧结炉时变性、大滞后、非线性的特点,采用PID控制效果不理想,选用了模糊控制算法。建立了PID控制和模糊控制仿真模型,进行了对比,结果表明,采用模糊控制后,系统响应速度很快,达到稳态时间仅为3.2 s,不存在超调量,稳态误差为1.2℃,稳态精度很高;系统仿真输出与给定输入波形较接近,系统调节时间短,很快进入稳定状态,且振荡很微小。模糊控制优于传统PID控制,能够满足粉末冶金真空烧结炉温度的控制要求。
The effect of PID control for the powder metallurgy vacuum sintering furnace is not ideal for the characteristics such as time variation,large hysteresis quality and nonlinearity,therefore the fuzzy control was adopted.The PID control and fuzzy control simulation models were both established and then compared.The results showed that with the fuzzy control,the system response is so fast that the time to reach steady-state is only 3.2s.There is no overshoot and steady-state error is only 1.2℃.The simulation output is similar to the given input waveform,and the adjusting time is short with small oscillation.The fuzzy control is better than the conventional PID control and can satisfy the requirements of temperature control for vacuum sintering furnace.
