鲁米诺-焦性没食子酸体系抑制化学发光法测定5-磺基水杨酸

Determination of 5-sulfosalicylic acid by flow injection chemiluminescence method based on luminol-pyrogallol system

摘要 基于碱性介质中5-磺基水杨酸对鲁米诺-焦性没食子酸体系化学发光的抑制作用,建立了流动注射化学发光测定5-磺基水杨酸的新方法。在最佳实验条件下,测定5-磺基水杨酸的线性范围为1.0×10-7~1.0×10-5 mol/L,相关系数为0.9996(n=5),检出限为6.8×10-8 mol/L(n=11),对1.0×10-6 mol/L的5-磺基水杨酸进行测定,其相对标准偏差为2.7%(n=11)。方法应已用于强力霉素废水中5-磺基水杨酸的测定。 A new flow-injection(FI) chemiluminescence(CL) method is proposed for the determination of 5-sulfosalicylic acid(5-SSA) based on the fact that the CL signal from the reaction of luminol-pyrogallol can be inhibited by 5-SSA.Under the selected experimental conditions,a linear relationship was obtained between the CL intensity and the concentration of 5-SSA over the range from 1.0×10-7 to 1.0×10-5 mol/L with a correlation coefficient of 0.9996(n=5).The detection limit(3×σ) was 6.8×10-8 mol/L(n=11).The relative standard deviation(RSD) for the determination of 5-SSA(1.0×10-6 mol/L) was 2.7%(n=11).This method was applied to the determination of 5-SSA in oxycycline wastewater.
