摘要
目的:建立测定欧亚列当中松果菊苷含量的方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法。色谱柱为YMC-Pack ODS-A C18(250mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-甲醇-1%醋酸(10∶17∶73),流速为0.8 mL·min-1,检测波长为334 nm,柱温为室温,进样量为10μL。结果:松果菊苷进样浓度在0.1~1.0 mg·mL-1范围内与峰面积积分值呈良好的线性关系(r=0.999 5);平均加样回收率为98.83%,RSD=2.20%(n=9)。结论:本方法简便、重复性好,结果稳定可靠,可用于测定欧亚列当中松果菊苷的含量。
OBJECTIVE:To develop a method for the content determination of echinacoside in Orobanche cumana.METHODS:HPLC method was adopted.YMC-Pack ODS-A C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm) column was used with mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-methanol-1% phosphoric acid(10:17:73) at flow rate of 0.8 mL·min-1.The detection wavelength was set at 334 nm.The column temperature was room temperature and injection volume was 10 μL.RESULTS:The linear range of echinacoside was 0.075~0.120 mg(r=0.999 5) with average recovery of 98.83%(RSD=2.20%,n=9).CONCLUSION:The method is simple and reliable.The results are stable and reproducible.The method can be used for the content determination of echinacoside in O.cumana.
