摘要
从网络组织视角出发,在研究相关战略网络文献的基础上,总结战略网络形成的条件以及加入战略网络的动机与优势,建立组织核心竞争力动态变化模型,并在吸收国内外学者对战略网络的研究成果后,提出并阐述战略网络的组织功能。
From the perspective of network organization,this paper firstly summarized the conditions of strategic networks formation and the motivation advantages of its join-in.Then,the paper put on a dynamic model of organizational core competencies.At last,the functions of strategic network were proposed according to the research of scholars at home and abroad about strategic network.
