摘要
研究了不同温度条件下,不同PEG浓度对柠条两个栽培种(中间锦鸡儿和柠条锦鸡儿)种子萌发的影响。结果表明:随PEG浓度升高,种子发芽率降低;种子萌发时α-淀粉酶活性、POD活性降低,MDA含量升高。其中25/20℃条件下,5%PEG处理种子的发芽率和酶活性最高。相同温度和低于15%PEG条件下,柠条锦鸡儿的发芽率和发芽势高于中间锦鸡儿。
Effects of different PEG concentrations on Caragana intermedia and C. korshinskii seed germination were studied under different temperature. The results showed that:with the increasing of PEG concentration, the germination rate, a-amylase activity, POD activity decreased, while the content of MDA increased, the highest germination rate and enzymes activity appeared in 5% PEG at 25/20℃. The germination rate of C. intermedia was higher than that of C. korshinskii at the same temperature below 15% PEG stress.
