摘要
目的:研究针灸加穴位注射维生素B6治疗乳腺癌化疗恶心、呕吐等副反应的疗效。方法:将90例原发性乳腺癌患者随机分成3组,化疗期间分别给予针灸加穴位注射维生素B6,针灸,维生素B6治疗,同时应用相同的止吐药物。比较各组患者研究期间的恶心、呕吐等化疗副反应时间及无上述化疗副反应时间。结果:针灸加穴位注射维生素B6组恶心、呕吐等不良反应时间明显缩短,无副反应时间明显较其他2组延长。结论:针灸加穴位注射维生素B6用于治疗乳腺癌化疗患者恶心、呕吐等副反应是很有效的。
Objective：To investigate the effectiveness of acupuncture plus Vitamin B6 points injection in controlling emesis of breast cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy.Methods：Ninety patients were divided into 3 groups randomly and were given acupuncture plus Vitamin B6 points injection,acupuncture,Vitamin B6 points injection respectively.All the patients received the same antiemetic pharmacotherapy and chemotherapy.We compared the total number of emesis episodes and emesis-free days among the 3 groups during the study period.Results：The acupuncture plus Vitamin B6 points injection group had significantly fewer emesis episodes and longer emesis-free days than the other two groups.Conclusion：Acupuncture plus Vitamin B6 points injection is a quite effective method against emesis in breast cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy.
