摘要
《中国药典》2010年版药用辅料标准在前版的基础上进行了较大的增修,包括国内已生产的常用品种和一些新型辅料。虽然收载品种与项目有较大的充实和完善,但仍存在一些不足之处。作者结合国内药用辅料行业实际情况和外国药典收载情况,对《中国药典》2010年版药用辅料标准进行了较深入的分析,重点从品种、系列、收载项目、表述等方面对其进行探讨,以期为药用辅料标准的进一步完善提供参考,更好地满足国内药物制剂和药用辅料行业发展的需求。
Based on the previous edition,standard of pharmaceutical excipients in 《Chinese Pharmacopoeia》 2010 Edition has a larger remodel.Although the collection contains a greater variety and projects to enrich and perfect,there are still some deficiencies.In this paper,the actual situation of the domestic pharmaceutical industry,foreign Pharmacopoeia contained situation,and the standard of pharmaceutical excipients was discussed.This article mainly studies the varieties,series,monographs project,expressing aspects of 《Chinese pharmacopoeia》 2010 edition pharmaceutical excipients standard,in order to provide the reference for the further improvement of pharmaceutical excipients standards,better meet the domestic pharmaceutical preparations and medicinal materials industry needs.
