摘要
高新技术产业的创新水平对促进经济可持续增长、提升产业竞争力具有不可替代的作用。本文运用熵值赋权法对中国高新技术产业的创新能力进行了综合评价。通过对1996-2009年期间高新技术产业总体及五个高新技术产业的创新水平发展趋势进行分析,发现虽然我国高新技术产业总体的创新水平是逐年增加的,但并非所有的高新技术产业都是如此;通过2008年和2009年高新技术各产业创新水平的横向对比,发现各产业的创新水平有较大差距;航空航天器制造业的创新水平最高,电子计算机及办公设备制造业的创新水平最低。总体来说,我国高新技术产业还处在成长期,总体创新水平不高,但是在加速增长。其中医药制造业和医疗设备及仪器仪表制造业处于成长期,电子产业尚处于幼稚期,而航空航天器制造业处于成熟期。
High-tech industry's innovation level has an irreplaceable effect to promote sustainable economic growth,promote the competitiveness of the industry.This paper uses the method of entropy to evaluate China's high-tech industry's innovation ability.Through the development trend analysis of high-tech industries' innovation level of 1996-2009,the author discovers that although the overall high-tech industry's innovation level is increasing year by year,not all of their sub-high-tech industries's innovation level is increasing year by year.Through the transversal comparison of each high-tech industry's innovation level in 2009,the author found that each industry's innovation level is different,Aviation aircraft manufacturing industry's innovation level is the highest,electronic computers and office equipment manufacturing industry's innovation level is the lowest.Overall,China's high-tech industries are still growing up,innovation level is not high,but in a accelerated growth.Medical manufacturing,medical equipment and instruments manufacturing are in growth period;Electronic industry is still in a naive period;But aviation spacecraft manufacturing is in a maturity period.
