摘要
目的探讨经脐单孔腹腔镜胆囊切除术的可行性及适应证。方法回顾性分析对12例患者使用常规腹腔镜器械行经脐部单孔腹腔镜胆囊切除术的临床资料,并加以总结。结果 12例患者手术均顺利完成,无中转常规腹腔镜手术及开腹手术者。手术时间70～120 min,无近期并发症,患者均痊愈出院,术后腹部切口愈合后无明显瘢痕。结论经脐部单孔腹腔镜胆囊切除术在基层医院是安全可行的,但其只适用于有美观要求、体瘦、上腹部较短者。
Objective To explore the laparoscopic eholecystectomy umbilical single pore and feasibility of indication. Methods 12 cases of patients were retrospectively analyzed, using conventional laparoscopic devices laparoscopic cholecystectomy through the umbilical plexus single pore and summarized the clinical data. Results 12 cases are performed successfuUy completed, no interim gasless laparoscopic and open surgery, operation time 70 to 120 minutes, no recent motality postoperative complications after abdominal incisions has no obvious scar healing. Conclusion After the umbilical plexus single pore laparoseopic cholecystectomy in basic -level hospitals is safe and feasible, but it only applies to patient demand on beautiful, thin, abdominal shorter.
