摘要
以PLC为核心控制单元,根据在线采集的反应溶液液位、pH值的变化控制浓硫酸和水实时定量加注,应用变频调节技术实现酸液均匀搅拌,最大限度地保证了配酸过程的稳定性,经过配比的稀硫酸浓度保持在8%~10%的范围内,残酸率和残绒率符合国标中规定的棉种残酸率小于等于0.15%,残绒率小于0.27%,生产出的棉种质量合格,完全满足棉花种子脱绒加工的工艺要求,有效提高了种子加工质量,解决生产难题,为精量播种技术的推广奠定了坚实的基础。
With PLC as the core control unit,according to the reaction solution,we collected online level,pH value of the change,control of concentrated sulfuric acid and water,real-time quantitative filling,application of inverter control technology to achieve uniform mixing of acid,the maximum guarantee with acid process stability,through the ratio of sulfuric acid concentration was kept at 8% to 10% range,the residual acid ratio and rate of residual wool cotton meet the national standard set forth in the residual acid is less than equal to 0.15%,residual rate of less than 0.27% Cashmere,produced by the cotton seed quality standards,and fully meet the cashmere of cotton seed processing technology requirements,and effectively improve the quality of seed processing and to solve production problems,to promote the implementation of precision sowing technology.
