摘要
目的:建立酸性染料比色测定皖贝总碱含量的方法。方法:采用酸性染料比色法,对该方法的实验条件进行选择。结果:皖贝总碱在2.0～10.0μg/ml浓度范围内,选用pH5.0邻苯二甲酸氢钾缓冲液2ml和0.001mol/L溴麝香草酚兰溶液2ml,在410nm波长处,显色后70min内测定吸收度。结论:本法具有灵敏度高,结果准确,重复性好等特点。
VE:The method was reported for determination of total alkaloids in Wanbeimu (Fritillaria anhuiensis) by acid dye colorimetry. METHODS: The conditions of quantitative analysis were chosen by acid dye colorimetry. RESULTS:The approprite analysis was performed on 2ml 0. 001 Mol L-1bromothymol blue solution,detected at 410 nm. The linearity was established for total alkaloids in the range of 2.0-10.0 ug ?ml-1. CONCLUSION :This method was sensitive,accurate and reproducible.
