摘要
目的了解我院住院患者医院感染的实际发病情况,增强医务人员医院感染防控意识,为制订医院感染监控措施提供依据。方法采用床边检查和查阅病历相结合的方法,对调查当日所有的住院患者进行调查。结果当天医院感染现患率为4.56%,例次感染现患率为4.84%;感染率最高的科室为神经内科,高达20.0%;在各感染部位中,下呼吸道感染所占构成比最大,为42.3%;抗菌药物使用率为49.3%,抗菌药物联合应用率全院平均为12.7%,抗菌药物使用率及联合应用率最高的科室均为IC U,分别达到100.0%和71.4%.结论医院须加强对神经内科等科室的医院感染管理,加强抗菌药物的合理应用,进一步提高用药的科学性。
Objective To investigate the present situation of nosocomial infection and provide scientific data for laying down measures for surveillance and control of nosocomial infection.Methods Every impatient in hospital that day was investigated by combination of bed-side clinical examination and consulting impatients medical records.Results On that day,the nosocomial infection rate was 4.56%.Case infection rate was 4.84%.Neurology Medicine Department had the highest one-day prevalence rate of 20.0%.Among all infection sites,lower respiratory tract was the most common,accounting for 42.3%.The application rate of antibiotics was 49.3%,while ICU had the highest application rate of 100.0%.Conclusions It should be reinforced to manage nosocomial infection in Neurology Medicine Department,as well as the rational utilization of antibiotics should be strengthen.
