摘要
用大豆W202(中油89B)作母本,分别与W210、W212二个品种杂交的F1 发现不育株,通过正反交测定属质核互作型不育,通过连续四代核置换回交,获雌雄育性较稳定的二个不育系W945A和W948A。
The sterile plants in F 1 generation through the soybean variety W 202 (Zhongyou 89B) crossing with the varieties W 210 and W 212 . The sterility belonged to the nucleo-cytoplasmic one through the reciprocal crossing test. Two sterile lines, W 945 A,W 948 A, with relative stable male and female fertility were obtained through successive 4 generations nucleo-alternative back-cross.
