摘要
目的探讨应用循证护理方法的制定和实施在膝关节镜手术配合中的效果。方法根据膝关节镜手术特点,采用循证护理方法对60例膝关节镜手术患者进行护理(观察组),并与56例采用常规护理(对照组)的患者进行效果比较,包括手术时间、术后并发症发生率和手术区域敷料污染情况。结果观察组手术时间短于对照组(p<0.05),术后并发症发生率低于对照组(p<0.05),手术区域敷料污染率明显低于对照组(p<0.05)。结论在膝关节镜手术配合中应用循证护理能提高手术效率,改善手术效果,对提高护理质量和护理人员专业技术水平有重要意义。
Objective： To figure out the effect of evidence - based nursing on the cooperation of arthroscopy knee surgeries. Methods： 60 patients with arthroscopy knee surgeries were conducted evidence -based nursing （Intervention group）, while the other 56 patients with arthros- copy knee surgeries were conducted regular nursing care （Control group）. The nursing effect was compared with the two groups. Results： The surgery duration time was shorter in intervention group than that of the control group （p 〈 0.05）, the prevalence rate of complications were lower in the intervention group than that of the control group （p 〈 0.05 ）, the dressings pollution during .surgeris were less in intervention group than that of the control group （p 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： Evidence - based nLlCSing care incooperation of arthroscopy knee surgeries could improve the surgery effect and quality of nursing care.
