摘要
矿山重型机械履带行走装置中的两轮转向架系统各结构件间接触关系复杂,在力的传递过程中因接触位置变化导致载荷大小、位置改变,因此采用简化受力分析将载荷施加于关键结构件上的常用计算方法与实际不符。基于ANSYS软件的接触非线性分析功能,探讨了重型机械履带行走装置转向时两轮转向架系统强度计算方法,并给出两种不同结构计算实例。应用该方法可获得两轮转向架较为准确的应力分布。
Two-wheel bogie system is widely used in mining heavy equipment crawler. It has bad stress state ,and is prone to strength failure. So the design stage must ensure its strengh. The relationships among the structural parts of the two-wheel bogie system are complex. In the power transmission process,changing of the contact position and force's magnitude occurred. Therefore, it is different between the result from the simple method and the reality. Based on the nonlinear contact analysis capabilities of ANSYS software, this article studies the strengh calculation method of two-wheel bogie system,when mining heavy equipment crawler is turning. Two example of two different structure calculation are given. The method is more accurate access to two bogies tress distribution.
