摘要
利用电子探针、透射电子显微技术,研究了挤压铸造法制备的莫来石(3Al2O3 ·2SiO2 )纤维增强ZL109 合金复合材料的纤维与基体界面。研究中未发现纤维与基体界面有Cu 元素偏聚及其析出相与反应产物,而界面有明显的Mg、Si元素偏聚,并发生Mg+ 2SiO2+ 2Al→MgAl2O4+ 2Si反应,反应产物MgAl2O4
In this paper ,fiber-matrix interfaces in 3Al 2O 3·2SiO 2 f /ZL109 composites have been investigated by means of EDS and TEM.It is concluded that there are the segregation of elements Mg and Si and reaction product MgAl 2O 4 on the fiber-matrix interfaces,and the reaction product nucleates and grows on the surface of fiber.The thermodynamic equation for the formation of MgAl 2O 4 is Mg(l)+SiO 2(s)+2Al(l)→MgAl 2O 4(s)+2Si(s).But,it did not reveal that there are the segregation of element Cu and reaction product or precipitant containing Cu on the fiber-matrix interfaces.
