摘要
建设科技思想库是党和国家赋予科技社团的重要任务。林学会组织要紧紧围绕现代林业和林业经济强省建设中的重大问题,发挥人才、智力、组织等方面所具有的独特优势,深入开展调查研究和学术交流研讨活动,把科技工作者的个体智慧有组织地上升为集体智慧,积极建言献策,为林业决策提供科学依据,努力把各级林学会建成"社团特点明显、社会影响广泛、决策部门认同"的林业科技思想库。本文还对科技思想库建设的运行机制、推进模式和保障措施进行了探索。
Construction of science and technology think tank is an important task to our technology association endowed by the party and country.This paper discusses the operation mechanism,progression pattern,and supporting measures of forestry technology think tank construction.
