摘要
对典型的固体推进剂寿命评估方法进行了论述,并建立了以力学性能为主、弹道性能为辅的综合寿命评估方法.该方法主要对推进剂药柱进行了结构完整性分析,并利用时温等效原理,考虑了应力应变受时间、温度的影响,引入Smith粘弹模型,建立了应力应变失效的准则;同时还将断裂理论推广到粘弹性材料,得到了推进剂药柱裂纹和脱粘的失效准则,为药柱的寿命评估提供了新思路.
The typical evaluation methods of life of solid propellant are introduced. An evaluation method combining mechanical property with trajectory property is established. In this combined method, the structure integrity of propellant grain is analyzed, WLF function is used to take into consideration of the time and temperature dependent effect, and the invalidation law of structure is founded by introducing Smith model; synchronously, the theory of fracture is applied to the propellant material so that the invalidation law of fracture and debonding of propellant grain is obtained, providing a new way for evaluating grain life.
