硫酸电解液中阳极氧化铝膜的制备与表征 被引量:1

摘要 在硫酸电解液中对高纯铝箔进行阳极氧化,分析电解电流的变化规律,用X射线及扫描电镜研究氧化铝膜的微观形态与结构。结果表明,阳极氧化铝膜为氧化铝的无定型态,电解电流随电解时间的增加先急剧下降,后逐步回升,然后进一步调整且逐渐趋于平稳,阳极氧化铝膜纳米微孔大小及有序度随电解电压的增加而增加,电解液温度升高,孔径尺寸增大。7℃条件下氧化铝膜有序性优于2℃和13℃条件下氧化铝膜有序性。 High-pure aluminum foil is oxidized by anodic reaction in H2SO4 electrolyte.The variation cases of electrolysis current are analyzed.The microcosmic morphology and structure of alumina membrane are investigated by using X-ray spectrometer instrument and SEM.The results show that the alumina membrane is amorphous Al2O3.The electrolysis current is rapidly decreased with time delay in first and then gradually increased back,thereafter trends to stabilization.The ordering and aperture of nano-pore are increased with the increase of electrolyte voltage,and dimension of aperture is increased with the electrolysis temperature rising.Whereas the ordering of alumina membrane at 7℃ is better than that at 2℃ and at 13℃.
