摘要
用电磁悬浮熔炼工艺在水冷铜坩埚中制备母合金,用铜模吸铸法在6.5kV电压真空条件下,分别保温2,4,6min制备出3个非晶试样,用差热分析仪(DSC)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)、万能试验机、显微硬度计,研究过热时间对Cu36Zr48Al8Ag8块体金属玻璃组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明,在非晶组元和形成非晶时的冷却速率相同的条件下,随着保温时间的延长,液态合金有结晶的趋向,合金的热稳定性降低,原子的排列也由致密向稀疏转变,原子之间的自由体积增大,其紧密化程度低,硬度降低。
The mother alloy is produced by using of electromagnetic levitation melting process of water-cooled copper crucible and three samples of amorphous with over heat time of 2,4 and 6min are prepared by copper mold suction casting method in vacuum under the conditions of voltage 6.5kV,respectively.The microstructure and mechanical properties of Cu36Zr48Al8Ag8 glass are investigated by DSC,XRD,SEM,universal testing machine and Vickers microhardness meter.The results show that with the holding time prolonging,the alloy exhibits a crystallization tend and the thermal stability is dereased.The atomic arrangements are transformed from dense to sparse,as well as the atomic free volume among the atoms is increased,that is the density and the microhardecess of the amorphous alloy are dreased.
