摘要
目的:观察肛肠疾病应用补中益气汤治疗的临床疗效。方法:收集我院2009年5月～2010年7月,我科收治的70例肛肠病患者,其中老年性便秘患者6例,慢性结肠炎患者14例,肛门失禁患者9例,阴道后壁膨出致便秘患者6例,内痔患者14例,外痔患者16例,直肠脱垂患者5例。患者中,男性32例,女性38例,对上述80例患者,均应用补中益气汤进行治疗,并依据临床症状,辨证施治。结果:患者在腹痛、腹泻、便血、便秘、坠胀、脱出以及生活质量等方面均明显改善。结论:临床应用补中益气汤治疗肛肠疾病患者,对于改善其临床症状以及生活质量等方面均有较好的疗效,都具有较高的临床价值。
Objective： To observe the clinical effect on treating anorectal disease with Buzhong Yiqi decoction. Methods： 70 patients with anorectal disease in our hospital from May 2009 to July 2010, including 6 cases of elderly constipation, 14 cases of chronic colitis, 9 cases of anal incontinence, 6 cases of vaginal wall prolapse lead to constipation, 14 cases of hemorrhoids, 16 cases of external hemorrhoids, 5 cases of rectal prolapse. There were 32 male and 38 female in these patients, treated all of them with Buzhong ~iqi decoction, then treated them according to clinical symptoms. Results： Patients in the abdominal pain, diarrhea, stool blood, constipation, bulge, prolapse and life quality were significantly improved. Conclusion： Treating anorectal disease with Buzhong Yiqi decoction had a good effect on improving the clinical symptoms and life quality, so had high clinical value.
