摘要 1MODS的概念、发病机制及治疗 多器官功能障碍综合征（multiple organ dysfunction syndrome,MODS）是严重感染、创伤、休克、大手术等原发病发生24h后,机体同时或序贯发生2个或2个以上器官或系统功能障碍的临床综合征。MODS是世界范围内重症监护病房（intensivecare unit,ICU）危重患者死亡的主要原因之一。
