摘要
改革开放以来,中国家族企业不断发展和完善,但也不可避免的出现了一系列问题,尤其是在激励机制方面,长期以来员工的积极性得不到充分调动。以温州模式为例,对家族企业在员工激励方面存在的问题进行了考察,分析了其形成原因,并依据现代激励理论提出了系统的建设方案,以期改善家族企业高管人员和普通员工的激励现状,进而不断振兴和完善中国的家族企业。
Since the reform and opening,the family enterprises in China has made continuous progresses,unavoidably,a series of problems have appeared consistently,especially in incentive mechanism.The paper takes Wenzhou Model as an example,analyzing the problems and reasons of family enterprises' incentive mechanism.And according to the modern motivation theory,it is essential to rebuild and improve the existing incentive mechanism based on the respective requirements of senior managers,core staff and common employers.
