摘要
观察国产比索洛尔治疗原发性高血压病的降压疗效及耐受性。方法为入选门诊原发性高血压患者27例,采用每日一次口服比索洛尔,进行为期两年的降压疗效、心率及生化指标的观察。结果绝大多数患者口服比索洛尔5mg·d-1,可使其收缩压及舒张压显著下降,同时心率的下降程度与血压的下降程度相符。该药在使用过程中,对血脂代谢、血糖代谢及肾功能均无明显的影响。结论为国产比索洛尔作为高选择性的 β1 阻滞剂,是一个长时、安全且有效的一线降压药。
To explore the β1-adrenoceptor blocker bisoprolol 's (made in China) effectiveness and tolerance on antihypertension. 27 patients with essential hypertension were treated with bisoprolol (made in China) 2.5～10 mg·d-1 for two years. Blood pressure, heart rate and laboratory parameters were measured before and after one_month, six_month, one year and two years' active treatment.Both systolic and diastolic blood pressure were significantly reduced (P<0. 001); Heart rate was lowed relatively with blood pressure (P<0.001); The laboratory parameters were not significantly changed during the treatment (P<0.01). Bisoprolol (made in China) is a long_tern, safe and effective antihypertensive drug.
