摘要
对热回收式CO2制冷系统性能COP进行了计算和分析,结果表明:蒸发温度、气体冷却器出口CO2温度、热水加热器入口水温是影响其COP的主要因素;回热器出口过热度对COP的影响较小,对压缩机的排气温度影响较大;随着排气压力的升高,COP是否出现峰值,取决于气体冷却器入口制冷剂的特征温度;在相同工况下,蒸发温度、气体冷却器出口CO2温度、回热器出口过热度对最佳排气压力的影响较小,热水加热器入口水温是影响最佳排气压力的主要因素。
A CO2 heat recovery heat pump system was calculated and analyzed.The result from computation and analysis indicated: The COP depends on the evaporation temperature,the outlet temperature of the gas cooler and the inlet water temperature of the hot water heater and etc;The superheat at the outlet of the regenerator mainly affects the compressor discharge temperature and has little influence on COP;With the increases of the exhaust pressure,whether the COP has a peak depends on the characteristic temperature of the refrigerant at the inlet of gas cooler.Under the same conditions,the evaporation temperature,the outlet temperature of the gas cooler and the superheat at the outlet of the regenerator have little influence on the optimum exhaust pressure.The optimum exhaust pressure mainly depends on the inlet water temperature of the hot water heater.
