摘要
以水稻温敏核不育系孟S为材料,利用海拔100,700和1 000 m 3个不同的海拔高度设立不同温度梯度的3个环境,在自然条件下种植大群体,通过对比育性检测,筛选不育起点温度比原群体更低的单株。结果表明,经过3次选择,孟S不育起点温度由24℃降到了23℃。
Using Meng S,a thermo-sensitive genic male sterile(T GMS) line in rice,as the material,the single plants with lower critical temper atures(CT) of sterility alteration,based on the identification of pollen steri lity and bagged selfed seed-setting rate,were selected for one to three times among the large populations(5 000 plants) under the natural conditions of thre e environments with different low temperature stress,i.e.,the locations of 100,700 and 1 000 m of elevation.The results showed that the CT of Meng S was suc cessfully decreased from 24℃ to 23℃ after three times of fertility selection u nder the natural conditions of three environments.
