摘要
作为持久性生物积累有毒物质,二甲戊灵的广泛应用存在环境污染风险。综述二甲戊灵对环境微生物影响相关文献,认为微生物对其表现出耐受能力,芽孢杆菌、青霉属、曲霉属等细菌和真菌具有降解二甲戊灵能力,同时阐述了不同微生物降解二甲戊灵的代谢途径。展望下步研究方向,提出通过筛选适宜菌株,探索菌株降解机理,推动农药降解菌的应用。
As a persistent bioaccumulative toxicant,the herbicide pendimethalin is applied widely,which increases the risk of environmental pollution.In this paper,the influence of pendimethalin on environmental microorganisms was reviewed,which showed that microorganism was tolerant to pendimethalin and some bacterium and fungus,including Bacillus sp.,Penicillium sp.and Aspergillus sp.,could degrade this pendimethalin.Furthermore,the metabolic pathways of different microorganisms to pendimethalin were stated.It was suggested that research should be carried out to separate microorganism strains and explore the degradation mechanism to promote the practical application of pesticide-degrading microorganism.
