摘要
研制了一套水泥生产仿真培训系统。系统采用服务器/客户端结构,采用XML语言对工艺参数进行封装,定义了应用级网络通信协议来控制工艺参数传输,利用单定时器控制多参数更新,结合理论与实践知识进行调节量计算,绘制了水泥生产装备模型,基于.NET框架进行实现,并使工艺参数可配置以适应不同产量系统仿真培训需求。结果表明,系统高度模拟了生产现场工况,可配置性和可移植性增强。通过多次训练,操作人员的业务水平得到提升。
A suit of cement production simulation training software is developed. This system is based on the architecture of server/ client, and use XML language to encapsulate cement process parameters, application level communication protocol is defined to control transmission of process paramenters. A single timer )'or multi-parameter synchronization updating approach is provided for manipulating process parameters, also calculation method for adjustment amount combining with theory and practice is involved within it. The model of cement production equipment is drawn and is implemented with C# based on. NET framework. The result shows that the configurability and portability of software is enhanced, and the running conditions of cement production are simulated, also the skill of operators is improved by repetitive training.
