摘要
选取社会排斥为研究视角,运用Logistic回归考察社会排斥与新生代农民工心理压力的关系,以期探讨解决新生代农民工的心理压力问题。研究结果表明,社会排斥、教育年限、工作时间、家庭期望显著影响新生代农民工的心理压力,其中,社会排斥是最主要因素,社会排斥越大、教育年限越长、工作时间越长、家庭期望越高,心理压力越大。
From the perspective of social exclusion,this paper explores the relationship between social exclusion and psychological stress of young migrant labors by Logistic Regression in order to study on solving the problem of young migrant labors’ psychological stress.The research shows that young migrant labors’ psychological stress is notably affected by social exclusion,years of education,work time and families’expectations,of which social exclusion is the most important factor.Larger social exclusions,longer years of education,longer time to work and higher expectations from families lead to heavier psychological stress.
